Leslie J. Weekes

Leslie Weekes is with the firm's Corporate, Securities, Mergers & Acquisition Group. She brings transaction experience with national law firms in Toronto and Vancouver to acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations, formal take-over bids, private placements and prospectus offerings.

She advises a wide range of public and private companies on corporate and securities issues including disclosure standards and practices and corporate governance.

Leslie has taught Securities Law for Paralegals at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
