Brock Carscallen


Since his call to the bar in July of 2006 and becoming an associate with Carscallen Leitch LLP, Brock’s practice includes various aspects of commercial litigation and administrative law. His involvement with insurance and risk management includes a focus on insurance defence. With respect to oil and gas, Brock’s specific interests involve environmental law and the oil and gas regulatory process.

Brock has acted as counsel and has appeared before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Brock is a volunteer at Calgary Legal Guidance, which offers free legal advice to some of Calgary’s disadvantaged citizens, and he is active in the Glendale Community Association. His personal/recreational interests are centered on White Moose Ranch in the foothills near Millarville, Alberta, as well as a number of backcountry pursuits in Alberta and elsewhere.
